Milford Vascular accepts all major insurance plans. Below is a list of plans with which we most frequently participate. If you do not see your insurance carrier on the list, don't worry! Give the office a call to verify your plan is in-network.
Payment Plans
Milford Vascular understands that the expenses associated with medical procedures can add up very quickly. Insurance plans continue to have larger deductibles, co-insurances, or copayments every year. Self Pay Costs
If you do not have insurance or your insurance company denies a treatment, Milford Vascular Institute has self pay options available for our patients.
New Patient Appointment
A new patient consultation include a meeting with the doctor along with an ultrasound.

Vascular Screening
A vascular screening includes an ultrasound of your carotid artery to check for plaque build up, an ultrasound of your abdominal aorta to check for aneurysm, and an ABI to check for peripheral artery disease. Here is the pricing for these exams:

Vein Ablation
Each of your legs has three larger, superficial veins that could be causing your varicose veins. Click here to learn more about vein ablation treatments we offer. Here is how the pricing is broken down depending on the number of veins you need treated:

Price per leg, first vein: $2000

Price per leg, second vein: $500

Vein Phlebectomy (AP)
For larger varicose veins, we may need to have them actually removed. During this procedures, tiny incisions are made in your leg at the site of the varicosity, and the vein is gently teased out.

Vein Ablation + AP Package
This package includes the Radiofrequency Ablation of one vein, Ambulatory Phlebectomy, follow up visits and ultrasounds, and 2 sessions of sclerotherapy. ​

Foam Sclerotherapy
Foam sclerotherapy is used to treat smaller veins that could lead to recurrence of the insufficiency. If left untreated, these veins can enlarge over time and lead to a recurrence of symptoms. Therefore, we recommend that these veins be treated immediately to ensure a long-lasting result. This procedure is preformed under ultrasound guidance. Click here to read more about this procedure:
